I love shrimp, and this is such a delicious recipe to prepare it!! I am such a fool for any shell fish, that I just delight in finding new recipes. This is one I found in Martha's Everyday Food - Hope you enjoy - Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled, deveined |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cuop chopped fesh parsley |
coarse salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. 2. Add shrimp; cook tossing occasionally, until pink and opaque, 5-7 minutes. 3. Toss with lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. |
