Nice and simple Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce |
2 garlic clove, minced |
1 lb shrimp |
1 tsp seasoning salt |
1 tsp herbs |
Directions:
1. Cook brown rice according to instructions. In separate pan heat the oil and add garlic. On med heat simmer the garlic 2-3 min. Add shrimp and raise the heat. Cook till done. Add salt and herbs to shrimp. When rice is done, add teriyaki sauce and stirr well. Serve hot. |
