Shrimp Vermicelli

This is sooo good. Serve with salad and garlic bread
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter ( i use diet butter)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped or sliced
you can use canned mushrooms also
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
8 oz. pkg of vermicelli noodles
1 cup grated parmesan cheese ( i use reduced)
creole seasoning, salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook vermicelli according to pkg directions. Drain
2. Melt butter in large skillet.
3. Saute green onions, mushrooms and garlic until tender.
4. Add raw shrimp and saute until pink and firm.
5. Season to taste.
6. Add cooked vermicelli to the skillet .
7. Mix to coat well with the butter
8. Add parmesan cheese and toss to mix.
9. Cover and cook on very low just to heat for a few minutes
10. This is delicious!
