Shishkabobs made the best way ever!! Ingredients:
2 lbs large shrimp, deshelled and tails pulled off |
10 skewers |
1 pineapple, cut into chunks |
1 tomato, cut into chunks |
1 zucchini, cut into chunks |
1 eggplant, cut into chunks |
Directions:
1. Arrange all chunked fruits and veggies and the shrimp on skewers. 2. Cook on grill (foreman grill or barbie will do)until browned and shrimp is cooked. |
