my husband concocted this recipe by throwing together all the different things i fixed with supper one night - and it's wonderful!! Ingredients:
2 cups sliced zucchini |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup real butter |
3 pressed garlic cloves |
4 cups cooked cheese tortellini |
2 lbs shrimp |
1 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, olive oil and 1 clove garlic and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. 2. Saute' zucchini, mushrooms, onion and remaining garlic in butter. In separate pan, add shrimp, lemon juice, worcestershire, and soy sauce;cook until shrimp is heated through. add cooked tortellini and vegetables - serve. |
