Shrimp Tapas And Calabrese Sausage |

Easy stuff, fresh stuff :P Ingredients:
16 small raw shrimp |
16 really thin slices of calabrese sausage or chorizo |
1 tb spoon of olive oil |
for the salsa |
1/2 fresh avocado, diced |
1 small tomato diced |
1 small pod of garlic thinly diced |
1 tb spoon of fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tb spoon of olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon of xeres vinegar, normal vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Put the chorizo in alternation with the shrimps on 4 small skewers. Cook in olive oil until the shrimps are well done. 2. 2. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and softly dispose them in small glasses. Insert the skewers vertically in the glasses. Serve after, do not wait and leave them in the fridge ! 3. 3.
