Shrimp Tapas And Calabrese Sausage

Easy stuff, fresh stuff :P
Ingredients:
16 small raw shrimp
16 really thin slices of calabrese sausage or chorizo
1 tb spoon of olive oil
for the salsa
1/2 fresh avocado, diced
1 small tomato diced
1 small pod of garlic thinly diced
1 tb spoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tb spoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of xeres vinegar, normal vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Put the chorizo in alternation with the shrimps on 4 small skewers. Cook in olive oil until the shrimps are well done.
2. 2. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and softly dispose them in small glasses. Insert the skewers vertically in the glasses. Serve after, do not wait and leave them in the fridge !
