3/4 lb shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined |
1/4 lb green olives, pitted |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 lemon, juice only |
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp and olives in a serving dish. 2. In a skillet over medium low heat the olive oil, adding the spices (curry powder - ginger) and cook for 30 seconds. 3. Toss spice mixture with shrimp and add lemon. 4. Refrigerate until chilled. |
