had this at a resort. was absolutely amazing Ingredients:
2 cups lettuce |
1/2 cup mango |
1/4 plantain |
5 shrimp |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 lime |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. mix lime juice salt pepper chili pepper and butter together in a bowl. 2. dip shrimp in it and place onto grille. 3. slice the mango. 4. and place on top of greens and plantains. 5. place shrimp on top of salad. |
