Great for appetizers or parties. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grated onion |
salt & pepper |
1 1/2 lbs fresh shrimp |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon choppeed parsley |
1/4 cup melted butter |
16 mushroom caps |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine onion, parsley, salt, pepper, shrimp, egg, milk, bread crumbs, & lemon juice. 2. Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture & place in a greased baking pan. 3. Pour melted butter over all this & bake at 375F for 15 minute. |
