Shrimp w/broccoli, bean sprouts and carrots Ingredients:
2 pounds raw shrimp |
1 tbsp oil |
3 cloves of garlic |
8 ounces of shredded carrots |
8 ounces of broccoli |
8 ounces of bean sprouts |
1 tbsp of cornstarch |
1 tbsp of soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside. Chop garlic. Add oil to wok or stir fry pan. Add garlic and vegetables. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken to desired consistency. |
