Ingredients:
1/2 lb small shrimp, peeled |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup celery, sliced |
1/4 cup green onion, sliced |
2 small tomatoes, quartered and in half |
1/8 teaspoon garlic |
1 lb rice |
Directions:
1. Cook rice in a separate pan. 2. Saute green onion and celery. 3. Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes. 4. Place over rice. |
