Ingredients:
500 g shrimp, cooked |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2-1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1 large gherkin, diced |
1 tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed |
2 teaspoons mustard, made |
1 spring onion, diced |
to taste fresh black pepper, ground |
Directions:
1. Place shrimp in a bowl. 2. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimps, turning to coat well. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop. 4. Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh chopped herbs. |
