A baked shrimp spread that can be made the night before and bake the following day. This can be used as a spread or a dip Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 pound shrimp clean, deviened and cooked |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons onion, minced |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed, dried |
2 drops of hot sauce |
1 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Chop shrimp 3. In a medium size mixing bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, shrimp, mayonnaise, onion,horseradish, dill and hot pepper sauce. 4. Pour mixture into 8X8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and paprika. 5. Bake 350 degrees F for 15 minutes: or until the mixture is bubbly. 6. May spread on crackers, or use as a dip with celery. |
