This is one of my mom's finds. It says it makes 4 cups with 1/4 cup for each serving. Goes good with those woven wheat crackers or to use in tea sandwiches. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked peeled shrimp |
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2 oz neufchatel cheese |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 clove garlic crushed |
1 tsp dried tarragon |
dash worcestershire sauce or salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mince the shrimp. 2. Put the cottage an neufchatel in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl 3. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill and serve. 4. Per-serving: 1g fat, 53 clories, 59mg cholestrol, no dietary fiber, 159 mg sodium. |
