CHILL OVERNIGHT - Great taste with lots of energy Ingredients:
2 oz broiled shrimp |
2 oz (1/4 cup dry) whole wheat spirals |
1/4 cup snow peas (fresh or frozen) |
2 tablespoons scallions |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Broil shrimp and cook pasta al dente 2. Combine all and toss to coat sesame oil & seeds 3. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors combine |
