This is an easy meal if you keep frozen shrimp on hand. Ingredients:
336 grams shrimp, cooked, shelled, deveined |
4 tablespoons canola oil |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter together in a frying pan. Add garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add cooked shrimp and heat through. Pour over whole wheat spaghetti and serve. |
