I picked up this recipe a couple of years ago at the seafood counter of my local grocery store. I've decided to post it here so I never lose it. It is so easy and quick to prepare but with a ton of flavor. I think the Old Bay Seasoning in the key. Of course, you must love garlic too. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1/4 cup olive oil |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning |
1 teaspoon parsley flakes |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic; saute 1 minute or until tender. 2. Add shrimp and OLD BAY seasoning; saute 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. 3. Stir in lemon juice and parsley flakes. 4. Serve over cooked pasta or rice. |
