Very easy, very yummy Ingredients:
2 lbs pre- cooked shrimp, thawed, tails removed |
1 cup butter |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/2 cup water |
6 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley |
fettuccine or pasta, of your choice |
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions and keep warm. 2. Saute garlic in butter and wine and water until tender. Add pepper, salt and parsley. Allow to simmer and let the sauce reduce a bit. 3. Add shrimp and heat through. Serve over your favorite pasta. Also good is some bread to mop up the garlic butter left on your plate. Yum! |
