great appetizer for a steak or lobster meal Ingredients:
24 peeled and devined large shrimp |
24 large bay scallops |
24 extra large snails |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 minced garlic cloves |
1/4 cup white wine |
2 tablespoons pernod |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
12 skewers |
Directions:
1. on bamboo skewers place 2 each alternating shrimp scallops and snails. 2. place on a broiling pan. 3. heat butter in a suace pan add remaining ingredients. cook until mixture has beed reduced to half 4. brush the skewers with butter broil 2-3 mins.turn the skewers overbrush with butter again. broilfor an additional 2-3 minutes remove from oven and brush a third time and serve hot. |
