A zesty shrimp salsa for dipping chips or to serve over lettuce as a salad. Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp, cooked |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped |
2 tomatoes, seeded, juiced and chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 limes |
2 avocados, diced |
3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped |
hotsauce, salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; 2. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. |
