Made this to go along with a BBQ Fryer. Ooooo so yummy! Ingredients:
4 cups small cooked pasta shells |
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp cut into thirds |
1 cup frozen peas |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1 t dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh chopped |
1 small container of plain yogurt |
1 cup mayo |
1/4 lemon juice |
healthy sprinkle of dill |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine pasta, shrimp, peas, onions and parsley. 2. Mix up well. 3. In small bowl mix other ingredients. 4. Pour sauce into large bowl. 5. Mix well, chill. |
