This is my version of the shrimp salad served from street vendors down by Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. I miss the city so I made this :) Ingredients:
3lbs of cooked shrimp meat (no shells) |
1 cup of sour cream |
1/2 cup of light mayo |
1/2 of a red onion chopped |
few cloves of garlic chopped fine |
smoked paprika |
salt and pepper |
(best served on sourdough toast) |
Directions:
1. add sour cream and mayo to mixing bowl 2. fold in garlic and onions 3. add shrimp and mix will all shrimp is covered 4. add smoked paprika 5. salt and pepper to taste 6. refrigerate |
