Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, cooked and cleaned |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
2 boiled eggs, chopped |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon tarragon leaf |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
lemon slice |
Directions:
1. Reserve about 6 shrimp for garnish and cut remaining shrimp into bite sized pieces. 2. Add celery and eggs. 3. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over shrimp. Mix gently. 4. Chill. Garnish with whole shrimp and lemon slices. |
