putting a little zing in your life Ingredients:
1 tbs. butter |
1 tbs. flour |
1/3 cup milk |
2 tsp. chopped chives |
1 cup cooked shrimp( i like to use cocktail shrimp) |
1 tbs. dry sherry |
salt & cayenne pepper to taste |
1 tsp. wheat germ or bread crumbs |
1 tbs. grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan,over medium heat,melt butter then whisk in flour 2. quickly whisk in milk and cook till starts to thicken 3. add chives,shrimp,sherry,salt and cayenne 4. spoon into buttered ramenkin or shells 5. sprinkle with cheese and wheat germ 6. bake at 350F. for 15 minutes |
