Got these off the net last summer and my guy just loves them Ingredients:
16 jalapenos |
16 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked |
monterey jack cheese |
16 strips bacon |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium heat 2. Cut tops off of jalapenos and remove seeds 3. Stuff pepper small amount of cheese, then one shrimp and then fill remainder with more cheese 4. Wrap pepper with strip of bacon, using a toothpick to secure in place Put on grill and cook until bacon is crispy 5. Drain on a paper towel 6. Use sour cream to dip 7. *Can also be broiled in oven* |
