I received a booklet from Kraft Foods today which is called food & family and this is one of the recipes in it that I am posting here to try at a later date. Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette, kraft dressing |
1 onion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
2 cups penne pasta, uncooked |
1 lb shrimp, cooked and cleaned |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, kraft 100% grated |
Directions:
1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add dressing, onions and garlic; cook 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; cook 12 minutes stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. 3. Add shrimp to sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through. 4. Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. |
