found in woman's world magazine, it didn't offer instructions so i just went on my own with it Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp |
2 1/2 cup pineapple chunks |
2 1/2 cup peppers |
2 1/2 cup onion |
10 tsp. smart balance oil |
3 1/3 cup brown rice |
Directions:
1. i cooked my rice first 2. then i sauteed the rest of the ingredients in with the rice and oil 3. add some pineapple juice for extra flavor |
