Couldn't be easier to prepare. Delicious any time of year. Great as a main course or side dish. Ingredients:
1 lb. small or salad shrimp precooked |
1 lb. elbow macaroni |
2 cups mayonnaise or to taste |
1 cup diced celery |
1/2 to 3/4 cup diced onion |
Directions:
1. Thaw shrimp 2. Cook pasta according to package directions 3. Dice celery and onions 4. Add celery and onions to cooked pasta. 5. Add mayonnaise 6. Mix together. 7. Add shrimp and mix well. 8. Chill. 9. Enjoy |
