a light and refreshing summer salad
Ingredients:
-1/2 large container greek yogurt, plain
-2 large cucumber, diced
-1 (8 oz) package elbows macaroni
-1 bag cooked shrimp
-3 large tomatoes, diced
-2 cups celery, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. cook pasta according to directions
2. add vegetables
3. add yogurt
4. fold in shrimp and cheese
5. salt and pepper too taste
6. chill
