-1/2 large container greek yogurt, plain |
-2 large cucumber, diced |
-1 (8 oz) package elbows macaroni |
-1 bag cooked shrimp |
-3 large tomatoes, diced |
-2 cups celery, diced |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. cook pasta according to directions 2. add vegetables 3. add yogurt 4. fold in shrimp and cheese 5. salt and pepper too taste 6. chill |
