A new recipe for lunch at work Ingredients:
1 lb frozen salad shrimp, cooked, tail-off |
4 ounces rotini pasta |
1 pint grape tomatoes |
1 (6 ounce) bag baby spinach |
1/4 cup butter |
5 garlic cloves, minced |
salt |
pepper |
oregano |
Directions:
1. Thaw shrimp according to package directions. 2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. 3. In skillet, melt butter and mix in garlic. 4. Wilt spinach in garlic butter. 5. In mixing bowl, mix together shrimp, pasta, spinach, and garlic butter to coat. 6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano. 7. Reheat 1:30 to 2 min in microwave. |
