Salad shrimp is one of my favorites. I have been searching for a good shrimp pasta salad. This recipe is from Family Fun
Ingredients:
2 cups baby shrimp, cooked
4 cups shell pasta, cooked
1/3 cup green onion, finely diced
1/4 cup celery, finely diced
2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Put all salad ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
3. Add to Salad ingredients and mix well.
4. Refrigerate and serve cold.
