Ingredients:
1/2 pound(s) shrimp
1 cup(s) zuchini
3 cup(s) vegetable broth
1 whole(s) onion chopped
1 cup(s) broccoli
1 whole(s) sweet red pepper
1 tablespoon(s) garlic
4 ounce(s) whole wheat pasta
1 1/4 cup(s) fresh basil leaves lightly packed
1 ounce(s) parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Coat skillet with olive oil place vegetables in skillet and stir fry 3-5 minutes
2. Add vegetable broth and pasta and allow to simmer until pasta is cooked. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve
