Shrimp pasta with red bell peppers and a lemon garlic sauce Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, cooked |
1 tbs olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
10 shrimp, peeled |
1 tbs butter |
1 tbs lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti as directed 2. In medium sauce pan add olive oil, sautee garlic and red bell pepper 3. Add shrimp and cook untill pink 4. Add butter and lemon juice 5. Toss with spaghetti and enjoy |
