Southern Living Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups cooked shrimp, deveined |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons catsup |
salt and pepper |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet. 2. Add onions and garlic and cook until tender. 3. Combine soup, sour cream, catsup, salt, and pepper; stir into onion mixture. 4. Add mushrooms and shrimp; heat slowly. 5. Serve over rice. |
