2 can(s) 7.5 oz biscuit rolls halved and flattened
2 cup(s) shredded montery jack cheese
2 green onions sliced
1 cup(s) mayo
1 pound(s) shrimp and/or crab
2 teaspoon(s) old bay
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Press flattened biscuits into tin. Mix all other ingredients together and spoon ~1 tbsp onto each biscuit. Bake ~ 20 minutes or until biscuits golden brown.
