See a few left over cooked shrimp in your fridge, consider how nice they would be in an omelet. Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg beaters , (or one egg) |
4 tbsp carnation evaporated milk |
4 shakes tabasco |
3 shrimp, cooked |
1 slice provolone |
1/2 tsp cilantro |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat omelet pan on medium and spray with Pam. 2. Mix the egg, evaporated milk and tabasco. 3. Pour egg mixture into pan and let it set up a bit. 4. Cut the shrimp into small pieces and distribute on the top of the egg. 5. Top shrimp with provolone and sprinkle the cilantro, salt and pepper on top. 6.
