Great stir fry and shrimp dish! Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp |
8 oz chinese noodles |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 cup celery |
1 tsp salt |
8 oz of snow peas |
6 tbs sesame oil |
4 tbs soy sauce |
2 tsp cooking wine |
1/2 tsp sugar |
2 tsp cornstarch |
Directions:
1. cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain water and add 3 Tbs of sesame oil, put aside. 2. Meanwhile grate celery(about 3-4 stalks). Slice 2 inch thin salks of green onion (makes it pretty!) 3. Peel shrimp and coat with cornstarch (2 tsp=6 tsp of water). 4. Meanwhile, add 3 Tbs of sesame oil to frying pan and fry noodles until most are crisp depending on taste. 5. Add snow peas, onions, celery, shrimp and *sauce, cook until tender 6. *sauce; 4 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp sugar. |
