Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry

Great stir fry and shrimp dish!
Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp
8 oz chinese noodles
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp salt
8 oz of snow peas
6 tbs sesame oil
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp cooking wine
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
Directions:
1. cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain water and add 3 Tbs of sesame oil, put aside.
2. Meanwhile grate celery(about 3-4 stalks). Slice 2 inch thin salks of green onion (makes it pretty!)
3. Peel shrimp and coat with cornstarch (2 tsp=6 tsp of water).
4. Meanwhile, add 3 Tbs of sesame oil to frying pan and fry noodles until most are crisp depending on taste.
5. Add snow peas, onions, celery, shrimp and *sauce, cook until tender
6. *sauce; 4 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp sugar.
