A recipe from Ricardo but it comes from a pupular singer in Quebec : Laurence Jalbert Ingredients:
1 lb nordic shrimp |
1/3 cup homemade mayonnaise or 1/3 cup storebough mayonnaise |
2 green onions, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (the recipe asks for 1/4 teaspoon of garlic flowers (fleur d'ail in french) or 1/4 teaspoon use garlic salt |
fresh parsley, to taste |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, mix all ingredients until desired texture. Add salt and pepper. 2. Serve with crackers or bread. |
