Ingredients:
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro |
1 chopped jalapeno |
4 shallots |
2 lemons, zest of |
2 limes, juice and zest of |
1 cup coconut milk |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in food processor and pour over 1 pound of shrimp. 2. Marinade shrimp for an hour in the refrigerator. 3. Put the shrimp on skewers and grill for 4 minutes on each side. |
