Shrimp in heavy cream sauce Ingredients:
16 oz shrimp |
1 egg |
1/4 cup parmesean cheese |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 tbsp butter |
3 strips bacon |
Directions:
1. Coat shrimp with seasoned salt and garlic powder 2. dip shrimp into heavy cream 3. coat shrimp with parmesean cheese 4. melt butter in pan 5. add cooked and diced bacon and shrimp 6. brown on both sides 7. add cream and 1/4 cup wine or chicken broth 8. simmer 10 minutes 9. garnish with tarrogon |
