Ingredients:
1-1/2 pound(s) shrimp peeled and deveined |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 can(s) evaporated milk |
1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (optional) |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese shredded |
juice of one lemon |
pepper and dry mustard to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute shrimp in butter and garlic until pink. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. 2. Cook flour and salt in garlic putter for about 1 minute. Slowly add milk and water. Simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in mushrooms, pepper, dry mustard, and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. 3. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly. 4. Serve over hot, cooked linguine pasta. |
