4 oz. linguine, uncooked |
1 cup cleaned medium fresh shrimp |
roasted garlic optional |
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup) |
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese |
1-1/2 cups torn cleaned baby with ends removed spinach |
grated italian romano cheese |
Directions:
1. COOK linguine as directed on package. 2. Best to get refrigerated one that takes 3 minutes to cook. 3. While linguini cooks, heat large skillet on medium-high heat. 4. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; 5. cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture is well blended. 6. DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. 7.
