Very easy shrimp and sauce. Serve this over your favorite pasta. Or just put it over grilled french bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cream |
2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined |
Directions:
1. In 12in skillet, melt butter. 2. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. 3. Stir until boiling. 4. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on med heat. 5. Mix well. |
