Shrimp In Butter And Bear Sauce |

This is a perfect appetizer. Ingredients:
2 lbs of peeled and deveined shrimp |
1/2 c. of beer |
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper |
1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes |
4 tbsp.of butter |
2 tsp. of minced garlic |
1 tsp of dried oregano |
1 tsp. of dried basil |
1 tsp of dried thyme |
1/2 tsp. of salt, to taste |
1/2 tsp. of black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. First you want to saute garlic and herbs in butter until garlic is slightly golden. 2. Now add in shrimp, stirring, letting shrimp are pink and done. 3. Finally pour in your favorite beer, approx. 1 minute. 4. Serve |
