3 tbsp. butter |
3tbsp. flour |
1 cup milk |
250 gm mascarpone cheese |
5 tbsp. parmesan cheese |
ingredients |
500 gm shrimp |
3 large eggplant |
6 tbsp olive oil |
1 pec. chopped onion |
2 pcs. fresh garlic |
2 pcs. carrots cut to circle |
1 cup fish stock |
2 tbsp. tomato baste |
2 pcs. celery cut to small slices |
1 can chopped tomato |
1 tbsp. sugar |
punch salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice eggplant and grilled with olive oil 2. Grilled carrots, celery and onion for 5 minuets 3. Add fish stock and chopped tomato, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper and make fire low and cook for 20 minuets add shrimp. 4. While that melt the butter add flour and cook for 1 minute 5. Add milk and put it with mascarpone cheese and mix well 6. Put the filling in a slice of eggplant and roll it 7. Put the cheese sauce and parmesan cheese. 8. Cook in the oven until cheese become golden brown. |
