Julie's quick, easy, and healthy stir fry. For added flavor and protein, add cubes of silken tofu. Ingredients:
1/2 pound shrimp, mixed species |
1 cup shelled edamame |
1/2 teaspoon canola oil |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in stir fry pan or wok. 2. Add shrimp and cook until slightly opaque. 3. Add shelled edamame and cook until hot. 4. Season with salt and pepper. |
