Shrimp dip recipe I got from my sister-in-law. Ingredients:
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened |
2 cans (4 1/2 oz) small shrimp (drained) or equivalent frozen shrimp, thawed |
4-6 tablespoons ketchup or cocktail sauce |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 can shrimp, ketchup, horseradish, and worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer until creamy. Add more ketchup or some mayo if it is too thick. 2. Fold in the second can of shrimp. 3. Serve with crackers or rippled potato chips. |
