From a cookbook called Vienna '72 Cook Book compiled by Canyon High School Band Parents Association. Ingredients:
1 (10 -12 ounce) package frozen cooked shrimp |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon catsup |
1/2 medium onion, grated |
1/4 cup salad dressing |
1 dash accent seasoning |
Directions:
1. Place shrimp in boiling salted water for a few minutes to thaw and cook slightly. 2. Then cool with water and drain throughly. 3. Shred in blender. 4. Mix shredded shrimp with cream cheese mixture and refrigerate overnight. |
