This is a nice salad recipe that I got out of Family Circle Magazine. It makes a really nice summertime lunch. Ingredients:
12 ounces baby spinach leaves |
1/4 cup light balsamic vinaigrette |
1/4 lb small shrimp (cooked) |
salt |
pepper |
1 shrimp deviled eggs recipe |
Directions:
1. Place spinach leaves in salad bowl and toss with vinaigrette dressing. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Garnish with shrimp and deviled eggs. |
