Simple Shrimp Curry Ingredients:
2 cups stir fry vegetables |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup milk |
1 cup shrimp |
Directions:
1. melt butter in pan. 2. blend flour, curry, salt, pepper. 3. add milk and cook until thickens. 4. add shrimp and heated frozen vegatables. |
